Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all coaching, hypnosis, and counselling services of Melissa Biedermann (hereinafter «the Coach») initiated and agreed upon via the website mevolve.ch.

Subject of the Coaching / Hypnosis

Coaching and hypnosis serve personal development, self-reflection, and processes of change (e.g. self-confidence, inner blocks, patterns, stress). They do not replace psychotherapy or medical treatment. No diagnoses are made and no promises of healing are given. Participation in hypnosis is voluntary and requires a willingness to actively participate.

Scheduling, Fees, and Payment

A session usually lasts between 60 and 120 minutes and is jointly defined depending on availability and concern. The fee is CHF\u00a0120.\u2013/hour (60\u00a0min), billed in 15-minute increments. Payment can be made either via TWINT directly after the session or by bank transfer (payable within 30\u00a0days).

Scheduled appointments are binding. Cancellations are possible at least 24\u00a0hours in advance. In the event of shorter-notice cancellations or non-attendance, a cancellation fee of CHF\u00a0100.\u2013 will be charged.

Location / Online Coaching

Sessions take place in the Coach’s consultation room or online via Teams. In addition to the agreed hourly rate, support via phone, WhatsApp, or similar can be offered; this is arranged explicitly and in advance in each case. The same applies to any further chargeable offline work performed by the Coach (e.g. written reports).

Responsibility in Coaching / Hypnosis

The Coach guides the process; the client determines the content and goals. Implementation and change are the client’s own responsibility. Willingness to change, commitment, and self-regulation ability are significant factors for success.

Professional Code of Ethics / Confidentiality

The Coach is bound by professional confidentiality. All content discussed within the coaching is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties. Disclosure only takes place with the explicit consent of the client. Exceptions apply where there is a statutory duty to provide information or in situations of danger subject to a legal duty to report. For quality-assurance purposes, the Coach may reflect on content in anonymised form during supervision or peer consultation; conclusions about the individual’s identity are excluded.

Termination

The collaboration may be ended at any time by either party (in writing, by email, or verbally during a session).

Limitation of Liability

Coaching and hypnosis are services without a guarantee of success pursuant to Art. 394 of the Swiss Code of Obligations (contract for mandate). The Coach is obliged to carry out the process professionally, not to achieve a specific outcome. The Coach assumes no liability for the content of external links on the website.

All content on this website (texts, images, graphics) is protected by copyright. Use, reproduction, or distribution without prior written consent is not permitted.

Amendments

These Terms and Conditions may be adapted by mutual agreement to reflect a changed situation. The Coach reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed; the version valid at the time the appointment is scheduled shall apply.

Applicable Law / Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. To the extent legally permitted, the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
